Order Processing Time

Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan through Leopards Courier Services. Please ensure you are available at the delivery address to receive and pay for your order. If you miss the delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or return the package to us.
Repeated failed COD deliveries may result in your account being restricted from future COD orders.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure your delivery address, city, and contact number are correct when placing your order. techshort is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, contact us immediately before dispatch so we can make corrections.
Damaged During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please:
- Take clear photos or a video of the damaged packaging and product immediately upon receipt
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will coordinate with Leopards Courier and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you
Delays & Lost Parcels
In the rare case of a lost or significantly delayed parcel, we will open an investigation with Leopards Courier on your behalf. We will keep you updated throughout the process and ensure a resolution as quickly as possible.
